23.01.2022 We are keeping our family, friends, casual staff, and visitors safe at Hollycott with strategies in place for following all guidelines. We are looking forward to offering safe and secluded farm stay and glamping in the coming months for those looking for a country break.

20.01.2022 Taking advantage of the soft wet ground for getting these tree guard posts in. 19 done, 101 to go...

19.01.2022 Just so unbelievably happy about receiving 48mm of beautiful soaking rain earlier this week. The benefit to the farm is already obvious and I feel excited about spring coming.

19.01.2022 So last night before going to bed, I said, I sure hope no little calves decide to be born in this dreadful weather! (Driving rain and bitter cold wind.) What did I find this morning? All these new calves.

19.01.2022 Evening is the best time for a summer picnic. Spend a day in Jugiong, then book in for a beautiful grazing platter dinner, watch the sun go down on the farm while enjoying your favourite wine, then check into some comfy local accommodation. Ask us how...

19.01.2022 The creek is up and running.

18.01.2022 Farm picnic anyone? Message for options and dates. *food / styling by @tableandelights

09.01.2022 This clever mother hid her new calf out of todays bitter wind. (Zoom in to see the tiny dot near the rock on the far left of the photo.) Tonights weather has got me wishing I could bring the whole herd in by the fire!

08.01.2022 Nice shady spot for a calf nursery.

08.01.2022 This is what I call the nursery tree. The place in the paddock that the cows have chosen for keeping their babies safely together. It is interesting how the cows that have not yet calved are elsewhere in the paddock. They are not invited into this community until their calf comes along. #miraclesofnature
