20.01.2022 This is something that I feel I need to always remind myself of and I’m sure a lot of you would agree, particularly those with their own business. During times like these with the lockdown and now in Melbourne lockdown 2.0 it has definitely been a roller coaster of emotions. Sometimes we can be our own toughest critic and we can be too hard on ourselves. I want to remind you all to take a deep breath and just use this time to relax. Use this time to really realise what makes... you happy and what’s really important in your life. I am always here for anyone that wants to chat or just to have a friendly reminder that you’re not alone during this tough time.
