15.01.2022 Ever feel like you’re forcing things to happen, push push, go go? Well this has been me- full blown control freak!! A welcomed reminder the last few days to trust the universe and go with the flow. Everything will work out and will be perfectly fine and if it doesn’t turn out how I’d hoped, it actually doesn’t matter a little dust off and try the other direction. It’s not that I don’t give a shit, I’m just not busting a nut over it. 12.01.2022 All good things just come to an end... Two weekends off in a row who dis? Last year, I promised myself I’d take a weekend off every month to spend time with my fam bam it’s very easy for my weekends to book out 3467 months in advance and before I know it Ive barely spent quality weekend time with them. ... Last week we jumped the border to SA and caught up with both sides of our families Apart from a brief trip from my mum on Boxing Day that went pear shaped quickly we haven’t seen them all since Christmas 2019. We’re the lucky ones! The joys of living on the other side of the country, it’s 14 years this year and tbh we now can’t see ourselves going back... so cheers to meeting up with parents and grandparents, siblings, aunties and uncles, nieces and cousins all around our lucky country for now Encounter Bay you’re a real treat
