Salt Sacred Woman Circles are just that place where you can come, show up exactly as you are and be nurtured, held and supported through creative expressive therapies of art therapy, mediation, music, body movement and empowering connection with other woman. I am a yoga teacher and a recent gradate of Transpersonal Counselling with Ikon Institute and have been studying the connection of Eastern and Western Culture for many years. 20.01.2022 Hello, I though I might re-introduce myself back on Facebook. Its been a while since I have used social media regularly and found that it was something that came more into my life when I travelled. My reason so is to create more of an online presence for news and upcoming Sacred Woman Circles every Friday at Salt Yoga studios Christies Beach Adelaide. This Friday will be our first circle and its FREE!... To get the energy moving and for it to be a coloration of a co-created space I would like to invite you to get to know me, the space and whats in a womanc circle. Each circle will be slightly different but each one will have a theme to self exploration. There will always be an opening and closing meditation, chanting optional and self reflection through an activity involving questions for self discovery. The tools will come mostly from my Travels, my Transpersonal background and through my study of yoga A huge passion of mine especially through these past four years has been to reconnect back to the divine feminine aspects that exist but have been limited and minimised through dominate masculine pressure to reform in society. My connection back towards these forgotten parts of myself started in Nepal, Sri-lanka, Indian and lead me to Israel. Where I felt the empowerment and essence of love in a community. Where expression is a resource and found through many different tools, i.e Art Therapy, Chanting, Music, Yoga, Guided Meditation and mixing this all with my Transpersonal Counselling background I decided to facilitate womans circles at Salt Yoga studios every Friday 11.30am Theres been a huge empowerment to finding my voice through my journey of teaching yoga and being apart of woman circles. Especially as a young child I was dignosied with dsylexia which made me not speak up for the fear of being teased. Which left me feeling unacknowledged. This fear to not speak up co-exists through many areas of our lives and the one place we can start moving through our fears is by acknowledging our true voice that is inside over the chitta chatter. Every day I still feel the pull of the critical voice to gravitate me back to an older familiar versions of myself where growth would be only splinted for our planet. Im learning so much by leaning on other woman and soaking up their wisdom. Woman circles bring woman together so we can share, support and empower one another to re-connect back home to the language of our heart. 17.01.2022 SALT SACRED WOMAN CIRCLES Hey Sisters, Im Holly and I hold a Nurturing & Sacred Woman Circle every 3rd Sunday of each month at Salt Yoga Studios Christies Beach.... A womans circle is a sacred space where we come to together and embody the healing energies of yin and awaken our sacred feminine into creativity for personal development and community growth. Recently I have become aware of my current transition in life from old habitual patterns and old friends, from Student to adult and long term relationship to single. In this period I have felt the rising uncertainty manifest into self doubt and my self grounding feeling rocky at times, Im not sure where to place my next step. However I find my groundedness by being anchored into a community of support which allows us woman to soften into expansiveness and share our stories of experience with vulnerability and humbleness. I offer resources from within Transpersonal Counselling, Yoga, Spirituality and a lived experience of mental health, vast travel and cultural awareness these tools guide us through these transitions with empathy and self compassion which ripple out into our community, family and homes. 17.01.2022 Im very excited to share with you all, that I will be facilitating scared woman circles every Friday at Salt Yoga studios from 11.30am to 1pm. The intention will be inspired action by drawing together the different modalities I have learnt through my yoga teaching and transpersonal studies over the last two years. There will be 8 scared spots every week calling to woman who want to become awakened and illuminated by gifting yourself the chance to heal any wounded feminine ...aspects, blockages or fears that are stopping you from moving forward in areas of your life. My intention is to build a sisterhood where we can all lean into the support of woman and empower one another to find our voice, speak our truth and be aligned with our integrity by opening our hearts and trusting in our own inner wisdom, that will lead us home to the sacredness of the feminine.
