Some days you just want to turn off your alarm and roll over, other days you're up before your alarm, all energetic and ready to take on the challenges of the day. If you set a goal for 21 days of getting up at a certain time or to take 10 minutes out of the day for exercise, then it'll become a habit. ... 21 days is all it take for something to become routine. 23.01.2022 Hope everyone had a fun & safe Easter! Happy Tuesday! Start of a new week! Another week to say "I'll start tomorrow." ... If you have a slight amount of motivation, take it! Even if it's for 10 minutes! 10 is better than none! Find a fun way to get your exercise, go to the beach, climb a mountain, swim. anything that gets your heart rate up! Only you can change you! Enjoy your journey, Improve your health Stay hydrated! Chicken and Broccoli meal prep 1kg Broccoli 2kg Chicken breast 1bottle peanut satay marinade Marinade chicken breast for 4 hours before cooking. Preheat oven at 200deg. Steam broccoli to your liking. Cook chicken breast for 20 mins or till cooked.

17.01.2022 Somedays you just don't want to. Other days you have all the energy. Somedays you want to eat healthy and exercise. Other days you eat take out, snacks and binge watch T.V.... It's okay, It's called being human. It all depends on where your priorities are. What makes you motivated? Is it the feeling afterwards like you've accomplished something? Is it the company that you have while exercising? Is it the type of activity that you're doing that you enjoy. Whatever it is, get up, get out, get active TODAY because it's worth the energy!



07.01.2022 This is not a transformation. This is progress, discipline and balance. and about 6kg difference. I am stronger, happier and more energetic. Not only do I feel healthier, I look healthier. Left photo, November 2015. 53kg. cardio obsessed 6-7 days 45-60 mins jogging or sprint training, Gym 4-5 times week. Trained only back, arms, and shoulders. Strict diet, didn't drink.... Right. April 2017. 58.5kg. 30-60 mins walking the dog 5-6 days. Gym 6-7 days week. Train chest, arms, shoulders, back, legs twice week. Relaxed diet, drinking on weekends, I'm not saying you should do this, this Is personal Progress, commitment, I have days where I don't want to do anything but I force myself and end up enjoying it. You can't miss a day because you "don't feel like it" We all get busy, some days you just can't make it, but, It's okay because you can train later in the week. Exercise is such an important part of life, It can improve your physical and mental health, just improve your life in general. So get up, get active, stay hydrated!

03.01.2022 Be proud of what you did today. Yes, you see people post all the time, they were at gym or they went and got a nice healthy lunch or climbed a mountain or went for a bush walk, but, they are happy of their achievements. Is what you did today brag worthy or are you ashamed?... Live your day like your facebook newsfeed. You don't have to post, just make healthy, wise choices. Your body will thank you. Your mind will be healthy and you will make great memories. See more
