20.01.2022 This is why I don't recommend a particular "diet" for my clients. Sure, I'll go hard on a month long "clean eating" challenge (Friday of week 4 right now) but if I build my eating habits around fuelling my body with healthy carbs, proteins, fats and vegies, "falling off the wagon" isn't such a bump in the road. Here's my visual for you... Make your "wagon" low and wide and comfortable and you won't be tempted to jump off at every wine and chocolate invitation. If your "wago...n" is tall and rickety, once you jump off to indulge, it'll become really hard to climb back on and you'll look for a more comfortable ride. Of course, maybe you're super strong and find it really comfortable up on your tall narrow wagon. Cheers to you, you are amazing! And that's the thing too. Everyone's comfortable wagon will look different. So, go easy on yourself. Find a way to fit in those healthy options, gradually add more of the healthy options so you're less tempted by the shiny pretty (sweet and tasty) things you pass by while riding your comfy wagon

14.01.2022 Truth - I turn to chocolate or wine in times of stress. Not great, I know. I'm currently in week 4 of a clean eating challenge which means no chocolate and no alcohol (except for a small glass on mothers day to go with a quarter of a small pastry ) It's sometimes hard to admit what I indulge in while I also push my clients to be their best.... 11.01.2022 Im so grateful to my champion clients who stuck with their training through Zoom during Term 2! Tomorrow we start back with face to face training. Hooray!... I'll take bookings on a casual basis to allow for any changes in these uncertain times. Bookings will be essential and you'll need to BYO mat and/or towel.
