22.01.2022 Surgeons and Staff would like to welcome Dr Andrej Nikoloski to the Hollywood Orthopaedic Group. Andrej specialises in: - Foot and Ankle Surgery - Trauma and Knee Surgery... He is consulting at our Nedlands Rooms and at the SJGH (Midland) Rooms. Andrej operates privately at the Hollywood Private Hospital, St John of God (Midland) Hospital and St John of God (Mount Lawley) Hospital. 20.01.2022 Its that time of the year again! Alana and Claire have put the Christmas Tree up in the waiting room. HOG will be closing for the Christmas break from midday on Friday, 22 December 2017, and will re-open for the New Year on Tuesday, 2 January 2018. We wish all of our patients and colleagues a very happy festive season and a wonderful 2018.

20.01.2022 Some of our team recently participated in the HBF Run For A Reason. Nicole Leeks (Team Orthopaedic Surgeon), Amy, Alana, Ashley, Sally and Denise, completed the 12km walk in just over two hours. Jon Spencer completed the 12km run in just over an hour. Well done team HOG!!

20.01.2022 This morning the HOG Secretarial Staff and some of the Surgeons got the opportunity to carve their name in the concrete to create our own "Hollywood Orthopaedic Group Concrete Time Capsule" within the new Extensions. 16.01.2022 Happy 15 Year Anniversary Hollywood Orthopaedic Group! HOG initially started practising on 13 January 2003 with two Orthopaedic Surgeons and one Secretary. The Group has now grown to ten Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2018 with over fifteen fabulous administrative staff members!

16.01.2022 Happy Australia Day! The Hollywood Orthopaedic Group will be closed for the Australia Day public holiday tomorrow. Surgeons and staff celebrated with an Australia Day morning tea this morning, which included lamingtons, pies and sausage rolls. We even managed to secure some Kalgoorlie sausage rolls to taste!

06.01.2022 ANDREW WALLIS has joined the Hollywood Orthopaedic Group and will commence Private Practice in our Nedlands Rooms next week. Andrew specialises in Sports Surgery, Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, Trauma and Paediatric Orthopaedics. 06.01.2022 We are all very excited that our Extensions have commenced at the Hollywood Orthopaedic Group. This is the work that has been done on Day One! The project will be completed by Christmas.

05.01.2022 On Friday, 14th February 2020, Sean Williams, Hollywood Orthopaedic Surgeon, completed the first Knee 3.2 procedure with GENESIS II using the Brainlab KICK System at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital in Perth. This was the first knee replacement performed using this system worldwide. Sean was very happy with the resulting well-balanced knee!

04.01.2022 The Hollywood Orthopaedic Group is proud to support the 2018 Hawaiian Ride For Youth. In March, two of our Surgeons, Clem McCormick and Jon Spencer, will cycle over 700km in 5 days from Geraldton to Perth, as part of the Hollywood Private Hospital team. This is a charity ride to raise money to help Youth Focus raise awareness of mental health issues and suicide prevention in young people.

01.01.2022 We welcomed Michele Sampson (Team Leader from Berry Street Education Model - based in Melbourne) this morning. Michele is my wonderful sister, who agreed to come in and present at our HOG Secretarial Breakfast meeting, while she was in Perth for her work. This year, the Breakfast Meetings focus is about providing information/education for our Administrative Team, on different topics and areas.
