23.01.2022 Pictures of Saddles fitted to horses and the resultant sweat patterns after a workout.... I recommend fitting the saddle with no saddle blanket, then riding a workout for a minimum 15 -20 mins to achieve a sweat. When the saddle is removed the pressure pattern, as a sweat pattern, can be seen to be even or having pressure points. If the pattern is even GREAT... if there are pressure points then the pads need adjusting to counter any pressure point..There are times when custo...mised pads are required for the difficult to fit back.. As an example, refer to pictures below of the grey. Due to its great fit & conformity this saddle remains stable on the back & rarely moves EVER. The saddle has the amazing ability to stay put and safe even with a loose girth. It is possible for me to customise pads for any individual horse based upon the sweat pattern photos.. 14.01.2022 This is a range of Holmbros saddles and views. They are made using the latest in Carbon fibre composite technology and skills. They are extra strong and lightweight, usually weighing less than 3 kg fully mounted, with the ability to withstand the rigours of long term useage. The seat is a minimal one, very akin to riding bare back and is surprisingly comfortable & relaxing plus the fit on the horse is exceptional when the adjustable pads are correctly fitted and has the ab...lity to fit a large range of horse backs when adjusted to each back. I worked hard to have this saddle fit the horse's back with a rider aboard NOT when the saddle is empty.... I recognised a simple fact... the back changes shape when the rider load is applied...... meaning that when empty and fitted to the horse the saddle may look a little misfit but best to be the judge of the fit AFTER you or someone is aboard, or after having ridden in it.. I took impressions off several horses backs when I was seated on those backs and then derived an average, in the hope that it would fit a range of backs ... my faith & effort have been rewarded.. the saddle fits best with rider aboard AND does fit a large range of backs aided by the adjustable velcro pads...
