22.01.2022 Today a customer brought this in, She said it was running very slow and she wanted it upgraded to windows 10 and to have Microsoft office installed. The moment we turned it on we could hear the old harddrive making clunking noises as it was definitely on its way out. We recommended to her an SSD upgrade which she was happy to go for so we backed up all her data, installed the new SSD and loaded it with Windows 10 genuine + Office. If you are experiencing a slow pc with long l...oad times it doesn't mean you need to throw it away, something as simple as upgrading the harddrive to an SSD could do the trick. 17.01.2022 Check out this computer a customer brought in today, She said it was running slow and randomly shutting off, we opened it up and found out why. When dust has clogged the internal system the CPU does thermal throttling to try and reduce the heat, When its this bad however the system will turn itself off. She's lucky she brought it to us in time before it caused any damage to hardware. A quick clean and now its running how it should have. ...
