This was from the International Balloon Championships late last year which started in my home town. We left Perth at stupid oclock to be in Northam for launch just as the sun was rising. It was a truely amazing scene that unfolded before us..

21.01.2022 In memory of my beautiful friend, my mentor and work colleague who will be greatly missed by so many. Today we said goodbye. We smiled, we laughed and we cried with the memories and the stories told. I met you as a nervous grad nurse when i first left uni and you were my staff development nurse. Without a doubt I wouldnt be half the nurse i am today without having shared the journey with you. No matter what different paths our nursing careers took us you were always there ...to offer support, guidance and a listening ear. I am ever so grateful that our paths crossed again and we had the chance to work along side each other these last 6 months. Whether it be my photographic adventures, or roadtrips or within the nursing field you always encouraged me and listened with great interest with what was coming next. Your passion for life and living it to the fullest is something I will never forget. I will miss your beautiful smile and your caring heart. RIP my friend you will never be forgotten.

15.01.2022 Totally fell in love with this area while on a photography holiday. We had the best and the worst of weather but still loved it there no matter what came at us. I definitely plan on heading back there to explore of the Blue Mountains

14.01.2022 Heading home from the shops this arvo and i saw a thick cloud of smoke go up.... Curiousity got the better of me so i went driving and found a fire starting to kick off in the nature reserve just around the corner from my home... After a call to 000 I grabbed my camera from the car and grabbed a few shots... Scary how quickly it spread... Very small compared to other areas in Australia. Heartbreaking to see so much of Australia battling with fires. Loss of lives, houses, wildlife and our beautiful landscapes. Hats off to all those around Australia that have given up their time to assist in whatever way they can to help with the fires or to help those in need..

13.01.2022 Taken a few weeks ago when there was the fires at the end of my street... This was the water / fire redardant stuff dropped from the plane... Loved the way it looked as it fell from the skies..

13.01.2022 Scenery Saturday Throw back to a few years ago where I was travelling through the Blue Mountains. Looked up between the trees while hiking around , and saw the 3 Sisters from a completely different view to the normal view.

12.01.2022 After one storm passed by us and headed further away we decied to start the trip back to Perth from Kalgoorlie, but Thor had other ideas and kept teasing us as we were driving back... Couldnt resist stopping for more pics on our way back to Perth..
