14.01.2022 Earlier in the term our Art Club students were invited to participate in an Art Competition promoting the Rights of the Child, organised by the Domestic Violence Action Centre. This is a nonprofit organisation that supports women and children in the Ipswich, West Moreton, Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba regions. The panel of judges were highly impressed with the incredible amount of entries and we are pleased to announce that Angela has been selected as the winner. Congratulations! We are very proud of all students who participated!

14.01.2022 Christmas Carols! What a great morning we had singing and dancing for our visitors. Thank you spectators for being so responsible and following our COVID guidelines, our fabulous parent-body make our school great! #welovechristmas

14.01.2022 Today staff were engaged in Professional Development. All staff began the day with prayer before moving to various training sessions. Teaching staff worked on the Assessment, Feedback and Reporting Framework and collaboratively designed year level writing progressions. #lifelonglearners

13.01.2022 Today we celebrated Wellness Wednesday. In addition to keeping our bodies healthy and active by participating in Cross Country, we also engaged in a service activity to keep our minds healthy too. The Year Five students engaged in some mindfulness meditation using the Smiling Mind program, wrote cards for the volunteers in our school community and set up Reading on a Rug for the P-2 students at lunch time! #servicelearning
