23.01.2022 Service for Trinity Sunday now online. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZ_8AEEmqEA Theres a small problem with the sound quality towards the end - sorry about that!

23.01.2022 Church is on at 9.30am this Sunday (one service only) - please let us know if you plan to be here. This weeks Bible passage recounts Jesus interaction with a Canaanite woman, and raises questions about who is in and who is out when it comes to being right with God. The picture (borrowed from the Louvre) is by Jean Germain Drouais and was painted in 1784. The service will also be live-streamed via YouTube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPOUXnDxuiTDwSalWa-rv1g

22.01.2022 This is an excellent offer. Its free until Monday! Dont miss out!

20.01.2022 We return to two Sunday morning services at Holy Trinity this week 23 August. Church is on at 8.30am and 10.30am. The 10.30am service will also be available via live-stream or watch later. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHhaAbHXayU

20.01.2022 Jesus was transfigured before them. His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus. (Mark 9:2-4). What are we to make of this strange scene, with Elijah who lived some 700 years before Jesus, and Moses who lived another 700 years before that? We’ll be thinking about this on Sunday as we mark the transfiguration.

19.01.2022 Edited version of our 10.30am service (some sound issues during the baptisms - sorry about that!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlHjTcLIwX8

19.01.2022 Lent is fast approaching!! Have you thought about what you might 'study' for Lent?? There is a set of resources structured around building relationships with the original inhabitants of lutruwita/Tasmania on the Diocesan Website that you might like to use - https://anglicantas.org.au/lenten-reflections-2021/. If you would like to have hard copies printed for you, please let John T. know.

19.01.2022 This Sunday we have baptisms at both our services (8.30am & 10.30am) and both services will be live-streamed. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPOUXnDxuiTDwSalWa-rv1g

17.01.2022 This Sunday we have services in church at 8.30am and 10.30am. The 10.30am service will also be available to watch on live-stream. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuS8TebBPz4

17.01.2022 For many years, the Sunday before Australia Day has been marked as "Aboriginal Sunday". On the evening before Australia Day, we hosted at Holy Trinity one of the 'watch parties' for the "ChangetheHeart" Prayer Services, which was a significant and moving time. If you would like to explore issues further, there is a Page on the Diocesan Website called "palawa Anglican Resources". The link is here. One of the resources you will find there is a series of Studies/Reflections ...designed for Lent and other times. Each week of reflections focuses on one of the key-words the Working Group has been structuring the resources around - Learn, Admit, Connect, Seek Justice, etc. Feel free to check out the resources, use the studies, and so on. If you would like hard-copies of anything, please contact John. https://anglicantas.org.au/palawa-anglican-resources/
