23.01.2022 Fear: Fear is a liar. False. Evidence. Appearing. Real. Whether on the mat or off the mat, fear can keep us from loving and LIVING the life we always dreamed of. God plants those big, little, all sizes of dreams, hopes, and desires in our heart. Then he equips you with the gifts and talents to see those dreams come to reality! How good is he! But, so often we doubt and let fear win. Can I encourage you today and remind you of this gem...... 1) The way fear doesnt win? DO IT. Do that thing that scares you. Thats it. DO IT. On the other side fear has lost its talon grip. Its really that simple. Whether its a career change, a relationship change, talking in front of people, taking a new class, making that phone call, starting that new business, moving to that new location, adopting that child, writing that book. WHATEVER IT IS. JUST DO THE THANG..... Thats how you overcome fear and put it in its place! 2) God does NOT give a spirit of Fear. Its not from him. Its not in his nature. 21.01.2022 Hi friends! I am alive and well in Australia! So sorry I havent posted much. I wont have cell service until February 10th. Its complicated. Such a lesson in patience and pulling away from the phone. How are you guys!? When was the last time you took a few minutes to do something good for you?!... To move? To stretch? To breathe 10 deep breaths and give thanks? I know you are all covered in snow or bundled up in winter, dont hate me! Lol! I wish I could say Ive been super faithful to my practice the past two weeks. Truth is.. Ive let the business and noise set my schedule. There has been so much to do! We leave this beautiful place tomorrow so I got up early and set my mat on the cliff, facing the sun. It was magical. I felt so happy and alive. In child pose I look over and this beautiful cockatoo landed right beside me. It took my breath away! Im so thankful I was able to capture the moment. Gods creation and beauty just blow me away. This is my happy place! I miss you all so much! Side note:at church today I had the smallest coffee ever. So cute! And a pic of us taking our sweet Romeo swimming the other day! Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, MO 64163 on Tuesday, February 18th from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. We will do 30 minutes of RevFit cardio followed by 30 minutes of Holy Yoga ending with a 10 to 15 minute savasana time. Bring a Friend and join us! Class is free! Also bring a mat or towel and a water bottle. We will start at 6:30 sharp! If you havent been to a LiftFit class before, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to fill out a waiver form.

08.01.2022 Saturday I taught my last Holy Yoga class in KC. It was beautiful. Staring at a sea of gorgeous souls. Faces with names and stories and so much good. Faces with relationship and joy attached. I have never ever just taught yoga. Its ALWAYS been with INTENTION to build community. To exude the light and the love of Jesus Christ in me and through me. What I didnt expect was this.... ALL THAT LOVE YOU GIVE AWAY. COMES BACK TO YOU! All of it and more!... Thank you to EVERYONE whos walked this incredible adventure with me!
