My kids used to enjoy adding chosen extras to the basic ingredients to create their own unique creations. 21.01.2022 For a quick breakfast/snack on the run, try these simple bacon and egg cups. They're made extra tasty using local bacon, which is available for purchase from our home delivery service. Method- 1/. Preheat oven to 190.c ... 2/ Lightly pan fry bacon, remove. Slice length way and set aside. 2/ Pre-line muffin trays with baking paper. Season with salt and pepper. 3/ Add a piece of bacon around the inside of each muffin cup, break in one egg and top with shallots and grated cheese. 4/ Bake approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. #whitsundaydairyfresh #bacon
