03.01.2022 We are looking for our next superstar! Home and Host is a Housekeeping & Linen rental business based out of Manly on Sydney's northern beaches, looking for a Linen delivery driver The role involves various responsibilities including delivering/picking up linen across our Sydney wide property network, maintaining storage areas, minor maintenance tasks, problem solving and biweekly delivery runs to the blue mountains.... A typical day will have you starting around 9am from our Brookvale storage facility, packing linen for the day, delivering linen/keys (some heavy lifting involved) and organising our cleaners, cleaning 2-3 properties, picking up linen and returning to storage finishing between 4-6pm, sometimes earlier sometimes later. The role is typically 5 days a week with Tuesday or Wednesday off and Saturday off although this can vary week to week. Please do not get in touch if this doesn't sounds right for you or if you are planning on leaving Sydney anytime soon, we are looking for long term commitment. We are looking for the right applicant to start asap, with 1-2 weeks training provided before starting. Pay is depending on experience. You will need a full drivers licence, recent police check, ABN, experience driving a van or larger vehicle prefered (van provided), working smart phone and knowledge of basic apps, rights to work in Australia, and proven housekeeping experience. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is passionate about their work, is an outside the box thinker, is able to solve problems on the fly and deal with issues as they come up through the day, has a keen eye for detail and a general positive attitude!
