15.01.2022 It’s with deep sadness that I have to inform you that our beloved Rocco Clemente passed away on Saturday morning. All of us at Homeland Real Estate would like to send our deepest sympathy and condolences to his wife Carmela, daughters Diandra & Kristen, son Luke and families to Rocco. Rocco fought hard for almost 3 years to survive cancer & would’ve been 57 today. This year marked his 30th year with Homeland Real Estate. He started his career with my father Tony Musico when... they first opened the doors of Homeland. It’s an understatement to say that all of us at Homeland loved him dearly. His warm friendly nature was felt by everyone. Whether you knew him for years or you were a customer he never met, he treated you like a long lost friend when you walked through the door. Two words come to mind when you think of Rocco, loyalty and courage. His loyalty to Homeland and his customers encouraged him to work so hard even in the final months as he treated his work as his duty. In the Real Estate industry his courage is legendary. He has received several industry awards and is revered throughout the country. On a personal note this has affected me greatly as I have lost not only my uncle but my best friend. He was my rock who I could always count on for support and advice. Every morning I would come to the office and no matter how early I would get there he would be there before me. At the end of the day we would lock the doors and most times we were the last ones to leave. I will miss all the inside jokes that we always shared and the lunches we had when we would talk and plan our future. Walking through Liverpool to have lunch would take a while, as he would be stopped by every second person greeting him on the streets. All the staff at Homeland are devastated as he was their role model and a source of great wisdom for advice. He was an excellent father and husband. His family was the purpose for his hard work ethic. We will miss you greatly Rocco. Rest In Peace Joe Musico See more
