TASH: Weight: 70.2 - 67.7 = 2.5kg lost Visceral Fat Rating: 3 - 2.5 = 0.5 lost Body Fat %: 27.7 - 26.8 = 0.9% lost TOTAL TEAM RESULTS: 7PPL DAY 1 - DAY 7 WEIGHT - 529.1kg - 515.5 = 13.6kg lost VISCERAL FAT RATING (out of 168) - 38.5 - 37 = 1.5 lost Body Fat % (out of 700%) - 212.1 - 204.4 = 7.7 lost These results are based on a clean eating meal plan, with at least 30 minutes of exercise for 5 out of 7 days , and no alcohol or smoking.
