25.01.2022 Great success! Natto culture ferments the best vegies I've ever tasted. I did a batch of organic carrots. Took some to a party with organic chicken liver pate. They were all eaten. That's the proof in the pudding. I put sliced carrots in a sterile jar then added a little sea salt and some natto starter culture. Top up with filtered, boiled then cooled water. In the warm weather here, it was perfect after 3 days..sweet/sour and crunchy. The juice is wonderful tasting and effervescent. In one jar it bubbled over when I opened the jar. Dr Mercola says 50mcg of K2 in a couple of oz. K2 is called the anti wrinkle vitamin as well as strengthening bones and immune system.
