01.01.2022 On the menu this week, a take on a Northern Greek classic, Youvarlakia, a pork and rice meatball soup in an egg lemon broth. This is chefs daughters fav, Mia. Hes used soy bean, beetroot, mushroom, pea as the basis of the protein and using silken tofu to emulate the egg lemon broth. This will certainly challenge and question your senses.
