21.01.2022 Seeing more dogs than ever at the local park lately is great. But recently I discovered - doggies socialising, while fun, can have a hidden downside. I've always known Kennel cough spreads rapidly when dogs are kept in close quarters (such as boarding facilities and animal shelters), but it can also spread if a dog greets an infected dog during a walk or drinks from a contaminated water bowl at the dog park. While Kennel cough is easily treated, if left, it can possibly lead... to pneumonia - and some dogs can be really vulnerable. We encourage our dogs to socialise and let's face it, it's nice when they do. So what's the solution? Keeping your furry on a lead and carrying your own water will definitely help. If your pet shows symptoms - lethargy, cough, fever, see your vet. Let them rest, and more importantly - keep them isolated for up to 10 days

19.01.2022 If you have a loved one in hospital & their pets alone at home, &/or you cannot reach them due to self isolation, please let us know. We only cover metro at this stage, but will help in anyway we can. With love - Homesome Paws

19.01.2022 We prefer to get to the source of pet smells. Constant clearing of litter trays & cleaning surfaces with chemical free products takes a little more effort but it seems, is safer...

18.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has offered a review. It's a joy to care for your furbabies & great to hear you appreciate the service too If you're planning a short trip, or long time away, message anytime to discuss your needs.

12.01.2022 We’ve loved watching Jonah grow from a solitary boy who didn't like touch, to quite a smoochy pal. Ready for adoption, we’ll miss you big fella. Update: Jonah is a foster fail...after a call telling us he was too upset to be adopted...he ...is now.. ours!
