22.01.2022 Whole Food Breakfast. After your sunny morning walk breathing deeply of the cool, fresh air, here’s a great way to keep those healthy habits... flowing with a great breakfast Savoury Brekkie Lentils serves 3 to 4 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tub tomato paste 1 tsp curry powder tsp Celtic salt 2 tins brown lentils, drained and rinsed cup fresh parsley, chopped Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until it is soft and lightly browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir, heating through. Serve on wholegrain toast. Delicious!

05.01.2022 This is such a yummy meal!! and all plants!! Baked Potatoes with Avocado Salsa 5 Medium Potatoes, scrubbed... 3 Avocadoes, diced teaspoon Celtic Salt teaspoon ground Cumin 2 tomatoes, diced red onion, finely chopped cup parsley, finely chopped Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake until soft when poked with a skewer about 45 minutes. Place the avocado in a medium bowl and add in the lemon juice, tomato, red onion, parsley, salt and cumin. Mix through gently. Adjust seasoning as needed. Place the baked potatoes on individual dinner plates. Cut a deep cross in the top and open up. Tops with a generous serve of avocado salsa and serve immediately.
