25.01.2022 Finished making and custom quilting baby quilt for Andrew to take to Japan on Tuesday. He loved it (and so do I)

23.01.2022 Finished the last of five baby quilts today, one more baby's cot quilt, one children's quilt and then onto a very large king size quilt. These along with the "Splendid Sampler" have been keeping me out of mischief and in the sunny, quiet studio, with the occasional visit from Ella. It is so peaceful, no TV, no music, just birds and an attention seeking Airedale, who knows where the treats are kept.

20.01.2022 Here is the little poppet who got the quilt, she lives in Japan with her mum and dad. Pleasure to do quilt for her, she is so tiny.

17.01.2022 Counted up my Splendid Sampler blocks yesterday and "YAY" I have completed 80 of the 100.

11.01.2022 Work in progress on a quilt for my son to take to Japan in February for his mate and his wife who have just had a baby girl. It has been lovely not being under pressure to do this one and the patterns for the blocks is from Little Macca's Farm which I did for Joshua. By the way "this is a freebie"

11.01.2022 Trying to catch up on blocks I promised myself I would do, then onto my "Pieces of the Past" Quilt that has been waiting for four years for me to quilt. Last project done with Michelle Marvig at the Patchwork Heart before the shop closed. Will post when finished.

09.01.2022 Thought I should show what I am working on at present. My own quilt which I am quilting (a redo) as I was never happy with this being my first quilt (20 years ago). I have decided to custom quilt.

05.01.2022 Just completed a beautiful quilt pieced in bright jewel colours. I used the Lorien Quilting pantograph "Lovely Leaves" and Glide Affinity Variegated Threads which matched the colours used in the quilt. This panto looks great with paisley fabric which was used in the borders.

01.01.2022 Jo-Anne - Two more blocks for the "Splendid Sampler" done and dusted, more today (after quilting customer quilt) Fun and frustrating to do these so tiny, should have made the "Dear Jane" and be done with it. They just keep comin' and comin' again and have to push to do them.
