08.01.2022 Over two years ago we met up and jammed in a little practice room at uni for the first time. On the list of songs we played was a bunch of Stevie Wonder, Prince, D’Angelo, Alicia Keys, and this song by the late great Bill Withers. From the very beginning, Honey Head has been inspired and influenced by black American music and culture, and we are privileged to learn from them. Our love goes out to our fellow humans in the US during these crazy times. Black lives matter. Hope you enjoy the song.

07.01.2022 I wrote the chords for Brown Eyes over a year ago. I really felt I had something special on my hands, so I was slow to start writing a melody for it, cause I wanted it to be perfect. It’s taken all this time up until now to really clarify the lyrics and melody to get that timeless feel, and it’s fiiiinally at a place I’m happy with. We’re now in the process of recording it and I’m so keen to release it soon. Also really keen for you guys to hear it at the next gig (tap that b...io link to get tix!) Lots of love, John xx
