He has lived on the coast for over 30years. I bought my first home at Ettalong Beach and then East Gosford. I love living on the Coas...t because it’s such an easy place to get around with so many good people, good schools, great beaches and great parks. Its probably two degrees of separation with knowing people which is interesting at times but fun! I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
