Whilst building contracts still need to be signed by 31 December 2020 builders now have twelve months to commence construction on site. Don't put your home building dreams on hold any longer! The process of applying for available grants and getting a signed building contract can be lengthy, so you will need to act fast to secure your house and land before 31 December 2020.
