19.01.2022 After each growing season when the last harvest has been done and dusted, we rotate our pigs (Doris and Betty) into the remnants of the veggie garden to not only finish off the remaining veggies but to aerate and fertilise the soil for the next growing season. Moving them is always a challenge and a bit of fun, so we call this The running of the pigs.
