Physical and material life is designed according to the Yin and Yang cycle; to open, close, pull, push, stop, start, expand, contract, evolve, destruct, birth, death, beginning, end; Life is in a constant flux of changing, realigning and recalibrating, every single moment. You breathe in and breathe out, the wave of the ocean comes in and goes out, what goes up comes ...down, and what comes down goes up. Whenever you go against this law, you die. Try to breathe in, and not breathe out, or try to breathe out, and not breathe in, good luck, right? Apply this law to your emotional state. What will your anxiety do to you if you hold on to it? What will your negative emotions do to your life if you allow it to feed your day? You suffer, right? Your life will instantly become easier if you surrender to the fact that The Law of Change governs your physical life. Nothing is permanent; nothing is static.
