23.01.2022 Each bun is unique in its own way. From the way each bun was handled by hand, to the different cracks and fissures and the way the dough has risen by responding to steam. The recipe for our BBQ Pork buns has remained unchanged since 1982. One key ingredient (lack of) that makes our buns different is that we do not use instant yeast as a rising agent for our dough. Instead we use a traditional method we have honed over the years. We find this makes the buns have a sweeter aroma and a fluffier, more pillowy texture.

A 'Dim Sim' (pictured) is traditionally made with pork and cabbage wrapped in a delicate, pastry skin. It is lightly seasoned and delivers meatiness, crunch and satisfaction with each bite.
