04.01.2022 There are only a few things that we bakers have to remember - salt flour, water, leaven. As surprising as it is we occasionally forget one and it’s usually the salt as I did yesterday in the pretzels. If you bite into your pretzel and find it tasting worse than bland then come back next Sat for a refund or a replacement. Soz.
