09.01.2022 So how was your morning?? Ours (megas) was EPIC. Every week, EVERY.SINGLE.WEEK. I am blown away by the enormity or what God is doing in kids ministry. The learning, the leaning in, the way the kids are just soaking up Gods lessons.. its so crazy and overwhelming and amazing to watch and be apart of.. trust me, you want to be down here ... Today we talked about what we believe and how we come to trust and understand what we believe in, and somehow God segued it to a deeper understanding of building our lives on the Rock. We had to trust and believe that the concoction I was making was good, based on how much we trust our leaders to not make us sick We visually went through the parable of the man who built his house on the sand and the one who built his house on the rock. We had so many stories and times that our own little lives has been stormed on and we talked about bible verses that help us to stand firm. It was just a truly great morning. Jess and I both had our own hearts hugged watching these lovely kids just grasp all that we had for them this morning #mygracelookslikethis

07.01.2022 This morning in Megas we talked about how unique we are, and how we are fearfully and wonderfully made in Gods image. I loved talking with this beautiful bunch about how sometimes we act and talk in a way that is not like God and how we can change that around, and how God helps us get back on track. We then made our own selves in the image of God. ( well sort of, our base image was a minion ) with each base image being the same, each of us created our unique selves. ... Truly, this is a bunch of TALENT!! See more
