19.01.2022 RIP Damien Lovelock, an individual character and one of the last Australian punks. Your music has had a big influence on our small band. We saw Celibates as the evil twin to Midnight Oil from the Sydney surf rock era of the late seventies/eighties. 15.01.2022 The Phoenix in Canberra is in trouble and we are one of many bands who are donating merch for this insane fund raiser next Thursday. The Horses and Human Hands EP is the last one left in existence as well as the Young Man Old Man CD. An example how important the Phoenix is to the health of Canberra music - think of it as our own little Tote from Melbourne, or Annandale in Sydney. One of them survived because people voted with their feet and one of them didn't. You can hep decide on the future of the Phoenix!

12.01.2022 Well, that was a solid weekend. Huge thanks to those that ventured out west to Beatdisc Records in Sydney and to the Canberra crowd who came to Lobrow Gallery & Bar. And also our home ground The Old Bar here in Melb last weekend. Great venues and a ripping bunch of bands. See you later in the year for a few more shows, and hell...maybe even a new song or two...HS
