23.01.2022 After competing in the Australian Dairy Conference, Perfect Pitch competition I made a fantastic video telling the country Why Australian Dairy Matters to me. Unfortunately I didnt make it as a finalist, but had a enjoyable time creating the video. So I made a second video that I wanted to use as my own advertising video for my Hoof Trimming business. So please feel free to share this video around and hope you get a laugh out of it too.

21.01.2022 Happy 5th birthday Hoofn It ... and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for there patronage and looking forward to offering my services again in 2020.

21.01.2022 MASKS ON FARMS From 11:59pm on Sunday face masks will become mandatory for all Victorians when out of their homes. Premier Daniel Andrews has this afternoon ...clarified when masks need to be worn for those who live on farms. The premier called for a common-sense approach, and gave a number of situational examples of when a mask is required. Essentially: If youre working alone on your farm and not coming into contact with other people, a mask IS NOT needed. If youre working on your farm with people who live in the same house as you, a mask IS NOT needed. If youre working on your farm alongside people who do not live in the same house as you, a mask IS REQUIRED. If its a family farm and you and members of your household, then common sense tells you that you dont need to wear a mask, Mr Andrews said. But once you go past the front gate and go into town you would (need to wear a mask). If youve got staff or if youve got people coming to your property to make deliveries or to collect livestock for instance or if you have staff coming onto your property logic just says put your mask on because that person is not part of your household. Even though the farm is your home, thats then a workplace. Full details on the Rural Report from 6.15am tomorrow.

15.01.2022 Well........the planes have stopped, cars have stopped, the world as a whole has pretty much stopped and the Co2 levels have dropped! Yet the farmers havent stopped. Theyre still getting up to milk the cows , the lambing sheds are in full swing, the cattle are still being fed, the crops are being drilled, yet the CO2 has dropped. Maybe agriculture isnt quite as bad as the media have been making out .... maybe the world isnt going to end because of our li...vestock maybe, just maybe, agriculture is actually going to be the thing to save everyone when this world needs feeding .....we cannot import! ....eat local.eat fresh... Copy and paste in support of our farmers

03.01.2022 I know this a shearing video and not hoof trimming video it doesn’t matter, if you got a few minutes take the time to watch it will give you inspiration if you needing or looking for some this video is for you! I tell you I take my hat off to this young fella. I can shear sheep myself and know how hard it is to do as a job, but shearing with one arm is incredible, the way you hold the sheep with your arms and legs is very important when shearing, it makes it easier for you when your shearing to have the hand piece doing the most practical full blows across the sheep back. So this video shows us all it doesn’t matter what life throws at you and the challenges we face we can do anything/anyway if you put your mind to it nothing can stop you from achieving your goals and dreams.
