Lots of fine motor activities including vertical writing, using pegs and tongs, tracing letters on the I-pad and lots of functional activities such as practising doing up buttons, identifying money and cooking! Enjoy the school holidays and I look forward to another amazing term.....especially preparing all my preschoolers for big school in 2021

07.01.2022 Wow! This week has seen some amazing kids complete functional tasks such as preparing and cooking a meal. So many skills are targeted during these sessions......hand hygiene, safety awareness, following instructions, attention and concentration, planning and sequencing, memory recall, fine motor skills, sensory processing skills and of course self-esteem and self-confidence. Thank you to Miss T for cooking spaghetti bolognese, Miss M for making a quiche, Master W and Master J for making pizzas and Master B for cooking tacos #lifeskills #occupationaltherapy #paediatrics
