17.01.2022 What a fantastic morning out at Ashton Hills Vineyard with a very special group. I think we managed to convert some of the crew into Pinot Noir lovers too! We followed with a structured wine tasting with paired cheeses at Shaw + Smith which was incredible, a particular favorite was the Sauvignon blanc and Goats cheese!

09.01.2022 One of our owners, Leighton, has finally recieved his certificate and lapel all the way from the UK. He has successfully completed his WSET Level 2 in Wine. We highly reccomend to anyone looking to expand their knowledge of wine. Congrats! We think a celebratory drink is in order!
