25.01.2022 I wanted to follow up on yesterday's post about tantrums with some important things to keep in mind. Our mindset matters. It's what colors h...ow we respond to our children during these high stress moments. For example, if we think it's our job to fix the situation and make our kids stop crying, we will more susceptible to losing our shxt and yelling. # 10 is key so make sure you circle and star that one. Our energy during tantrums is everything. Taking the time to get grounded what allows you to meet the moment. What questions do you have about this? I can talk about tantrums all day long. Want to take your parenting skills up a notch? Struggling with knowing the best ways to respond to tantrums, aggression, defiance, etc in the moment? Confused on how to discipline? Want a mom community around you to learn this stuff? Check out my new private online community, The Mom Sisterhood. It's perfect for mothers with young children (under 8). As a member, you get access to: -Monthly masterclasses -Group Q&A calls -Private support group of other moms (not Facebook) -Guest expert workshops And so much more! Link in bio to find out more and join. Doors closing soon. Register by tomorrow and you will receive a free copy of my book, Let's Talk Discipline, in both audio and written formats ($70 value)!
