The young people at the Village of Hope and Youth Support Uganda have similar dreams and aspirations to many of our youth here in Australia - will you stand with us and help them continue their education journey. 03.01.2022 It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we remember the life of Rebecca from the Village of Hope who passed away on Friday. . . Our hearts ache for Mama Petwa at the loss of her daughter. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of our Village of Hope family at a life taken, way to soon. We are so thankful for Rebecca’s life and the joy that she brought to her family and friends at the Village of Hope, we thank God for the wonderful memories of her and we know her legacy ...will live on. May you rest safely in the arms of Jesus. Jesus said, Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14

03.01.2022 JULY UPDATE | Food relief has not stopped in Uganda. We are overwhelmed by the continued generosity of people, and we are grateful to be able to say we have helped feed over 700 families in this challenging time. That equates to over 5000kg posho, 1500kg beans, 500kg sugar and 700 bars of soap! And we do not have plans to stop! 02.01.2022 This weekend we celebrated all our wonderful fathers - but today we want to acknowledge our mothers of the village As part of the Village of Hope, we believe we are called to care for orphans and widows. Each mother in the village is a widow, and now has 8 children under their care.
