23.01.2022 Winter is my favourite season! If its raining and windy outside, all the better! I love curling up on the couch under a soft blanket, with a good book and a hot chocolate. In some other parts of the world, or even Australia, winter is no fun at all, bitterly cold and dark! There are also seasons in life! The Parenting season can sometimes see ourselves get lost a bit (or alot) as Mums. Can you relate? Whichever season you find yourself in take time for yourself, invest some time in yourself! Hope Consulting and Counselling is a place where you will find a great listening ear and answers during difficult times.

14.01.2022 #TruthTuesday With all the different ways we can access information sometimes we miss the TRUTH! When we have carried emotions like anger, sadness, guilt, fear sometimes we can't hear the TRUTH! Be ready this year to hear the TRUTH about who you really are as a mother and a woman giving yourself the opportunity to live YOUR TRUTH!
