25.01.2022 We now have an online booking service and also we have now set up a private online chat room for people who are needing to chat online it currently is only working during office hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm as we don’t have much staff to run it after that but we are always available

19.01.2022 Due to unforeseen issues with a client and a service provider we will not be acepting people who are under guardianship or public trustee or NDIS as we have been informed that this is a bad road to go down unless you are self funding your services then we are happy to work with you otherwise we will refer you on if you are not able to self fund

04.01.2022 As Father’s Day approaches we will have staff In from 9am-12pm Sunday as it’s going to be hard for a lot of people who may have fathers but not able to visit them or even physical vist them meaning they have passed away so we will have counselling staff on this weekend for those who are needing a chat

04.01.2022 as we slowly come back from the restrictions around covid19 we have now slowly moved back to our groups and are following our covid19 safe plan that we have written up by our board and management which we are now using at all our Hopeful Directions services including meetings and face to face contact as well as Groups which are now running but groups for the moment will need to be booked in advance due to capasity and numbers which we are allowed to have at the groups although we have got two rooms where the group can have an overflow but all groups will need to be booked in advance and that can be done via Our facebook page or our website or even through our new systems that are currently working or message us for more details

02.01.2022 Covid19 update for SA groups all groups are now back on and we are continuing the COVIDSafe plan with every group that we have however we have got a limit on groups up to 20 people Max min 10 If we hit that then we have to shut off the rest of the people. But we now have a booking system that we now use for all groups and services at hopefuldirections this can be found at our website www.hopefuldirections.com

01.01.2022 Hopeful Directions COVIDSafe plan is as follows: 1) if you or anyone in your house is unwell don’t attend the services or office or groups 2) if you have tested positive or await results stay at home ... 3) maintain the distance of 1.5 meters at all times when at the services or groups 4) cover all coughs sneeze with elbow or tissue and dispense of straight after 5) at entry to all groups or services must always use sanatiser to wash hands 6) if drinks or food are being distributed must be sitting down to have them and not standing up 7) must now also have an appointment or be a regular or booked in to either groups or services or appointments THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING OUR COVID19 PLAN
