23.01.2022 Yesterday we ended the year well by hosting a final Christmas morning tea! It was great to have the team from @metroyouth.perth join us, as well as some of our friends from @developmentwa_ who chose to volunteer with us despite their own workplace Christmas celebrations coinciding with our event. Thank you to ALL the volunteers who have given their time to help us serve the community throughout the year, we are ever grateful!

21.01.2022 Our first BBQ for the year was certainly something special. We had the pleasure of hosting close to 100 guests through our front doors today, who were treated to a delicious sit down meal; featuring salads, barbecued meats and dessert. Thank you to our partners at United Way and their awesome Bankwest team for making it all happen. Our BBQ's generally run the third Tuesday of each month. Next one is on the 17th of March- spread the word

21.01.2022 Following on from last month's Hope Project, we decided to continue the blessing..... Over the last few Tuesdays the group has used their creative skills to handmake over 50 cards and bookmarks which will be given to some of the residents at Swan Care Nursing home just in time for Christmas! We love finding opportunities to bless others and have been encouraged by the enthusiasm of our guests to be involved!

So much love and thought has been put into each box, which will go to disadvantaged children overseas. 15.01.2022 This week, in addition to our usual service our team went out to 16 homes to deliver essential food and supplies to those unable to make the trip in. 13.01.2022 This month we continue to focus on vision and have been encouraging people to think about what change they would like to see in their lives this year. To complement this, for the next two Fridays we will be offering a workshop covering simple goal setting. We trust it will be useful and worthwhile for anyone who attends.

10.01.2022 This week during lockdown our awesome volunteer team joined together so that we could continue serving the community. We offered emergency packs to every individual who knocked on our door and offered delivery to those who contacted us in desperate need. A very special thank you to our sponsors at TEHMAR for helping us with the supplies to make these emergency packs happen!

09.01.2022 This week we launched our new online booking system. Now it's simple to book an appointment to see us through our website at www.hopeinc.com.au. We are still able to take bookings over the phone on 0408109016 for those unable to access online. Note: Requests for financial are still limited to 3 per day and taken by phone only.

09.01.2022 We are excited to announce that our July Community BBQ will be a seated event, our first since February. We are looking forward to getting back to creating meaningful opportunities to connect with our guests, and for them to be able to socialise and connect with eachother!

04.01.2022 With Christmas fast approaching we have been inundated with requests for Christmas Hampers- we've already gone well over and above our normal list capacity! Today we were greatly blessed by our community partners Bankwest and DevelopmentWA who dropped of items collected within their offices for our food hampers this year... but we still need your support! In particular, we are in need of large Plumrose Hams, large Christmas puddings and large packets of crisps. 02.01.2022 This week was the beginning of our 6 week project in partnership with Samaritans Purse for Operation Christmas Child. We have an end goal of creating 100 shoeboxes for this great initiative and were pleased to see so many of our guests keen to participate yesterday. Swipe to see how you can be involved!

01.01.2022 Each Friday from 2pm we host a small group that we call Hope Connect. This group offers a space where people can share their stories, fellowship with others, recieve prayer if they wish and be encouraged and inspired. Here are some photos from today's session!

01.01.2022 This week we had the great pleasure of hosting our annual Christmas Lunch. The day was full of festive cheer and community spirit as guests were treated to a three course sit down meal, prepared and served by the amazing, dedicated team of volunteers from @bankwest! Special thanks also to our partners @unitedwaywa for coordinating this event. What a fantastic way to celebrate the year and the people who have been part of our HOPE Community!
