25.01.2022 My psalm for today 74 Believers waiting for God to act and be according to his covenant. They cannot bear the absence of miracles,prophetic preaching and the lack of any indication that this state of affairs will remedy any time soon. Mockery of God pains them because he is their God and they have no identity, honour or hope apart from Him.They simply cry "rise up O God and defend your cause" Of course this is a period of chastisement . There are great prophetic revealings soon to come. But for now the people must learn anew to be truly poor in spirit,to mourn and to wait His coming.

24.01.2022 Ian and Warren driving back from a weekend of fellowship and ministry with the believers in Flinders,(HopeNet) parish,Booleroo, Wiirrabra, Melrose Whim and Willmington. Catching up on the good deeds going on there and being one in breaking bread and taking in the sanctifying Word! 24.01.2022 Yes there is a ferocity of attack at several levels there has been temptation to distraction, there has been unnecessary wrenching of fellowship and now I fear there appears duplicity of motive on one hand and indecisiveness on the other. I cry out for wisdom. I want to be where Jesus is. Let us guard the fruit He is producing for His own glory in our lives: Jude 20-25 indeed. Our impenetrable protection,the Word,humbly received.

23.01.2022 Never before Never before in the recorded history of civilisations have any governmental powers enforced upon their citizens laws which contradict the simple, natural and self-evident truth that marriage is a binary hetero-normative relationship between a man and a woman. Never before has the legal definition or conventions of marriage as the union of a man and a woman to the exclusion of all others for life, been overturned. Never before have judicial penalties been forced... upon its citizens who in conscience resist compliance with the repercussions of such laws, or whose children are required to learn about homo-sex techniques in school sex education. Never before has a state’s legal status of marriage been overturned and replaced with a definition which is untried, unnatural, infertile and disregarding of children’s welfare, rejecting the complementary mother/father natural rearing of offspring. 20.01.2022 Baptisms are joyous occasions as was this one at Branches today with the laying on of hands and infilling of the Holy Spirit. 16.01.2022 Many are participating in a season of fasting prayer across the nation Jan 28 to Feb 17 Here are some suggestions for an intro-fast. Do a Daniel, give up the secular kingdom’s rich foods and eat simply and less. Do a Paul and rid the mind of useless thoughts by introducing one life-word each day to think about as you go to sleep, wake up and as reminded during the day. Why not start with the fruit of the Spirit, that will be a fruit-word each day for the first 9 days. Today ...we start with Love (OK we are a day behind, no matter) On love, the Psalms are taken up mostly with Lord’s love.. Love is in the being of Lord God. It is alien to us until it is given to us and that it is in massive measure, to all of us but more to those who receive it. Am I receiving love from Lord God now? As I think about it I am. My mind is gateway for my spirit to engage with Holy Spirit of love. Love meditation all day. Fasting out loveless thoughts feasting on love thoughts. Healthy! But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. (Gal. 5:22-23 NIV) See more

16.01.2022 ‘Kindness’ is the next ‘fruit of the Spirit word’ to stimulate our fasting -prayer Jan 28 to Feb 17 . The Greek word used in the Bible for kindness is almost the same as the word for ‘Christian’ . It was spelt ‘chrestian’. Why were Christians sometimes referred to as Chrestians? It was the way they lived, treating all people as their own, with care and thoughtfulness which caused them to be thought of as ‘the kind ones’. They would even take babies discarded in the public sq...uare, to their homes nursing and protecting them as their own. Kindness does that, it treats others as ‘kin’-our kith and kin. The Holy Spirit of Jesus empowers humans to fast from self-centred emotions and preoccupations and begin a lifestyle focussing outwardly on others, practically feeling for them as kin. He is producing such a garden of Spirit-fruit What an amazing kingdom Jesus is building in every generation and across all peoples! See more

11.01.2022 ‘Peace’ is the next ‘fruit of the Spirit word’ to stimulate our fasting -prayer Jan 28 to Feb 17 in-service. Lets meditate on peace in the nooks and crannies of time during today and tonight. It was John Baptists ministry to guide our feet in the path of peace. It was the work of Jesus to bring us into the peaceful shade of innocent- fully justified fellowship with our Father. He was passionate to achieve this even before time began. Jesus warned that the world was no source of peace-and if it tried it would be inadequate for our souls needs. But he promised in him’ we would enjoy peace. Let us meditate on ‘peace in Him’ till we feel the Holy Spirit affirmations!

Joy comes sooner or later because Jesus rules on earth-His way. Thes hungry lorikeets get instant joy from my blue gum rosea The disciples in Galilee storm packing death,Jesus came by-joy. Aasia Bibi 10 years on death row- today after all that free to leave the country and be with her family-joy. Thief on cross,to...rture,angels didnt come and take him down they came at Jesus word and took him up,restored body then into a beautiful room to chat more with His beautiful Saviour. Joy will always win .It will always come at the end of the day. new Testament Paul said 'rejoice always'. He got the hang of it. So do we. Suck on jesus' word 'joy' today. This is what everyone hoped he would speak about, but it doesn't appear anywhere in his ministry or teaching. Rather he spoke about a community living out the kingdom of God in the middle of these world powers, by laying down our lives. 08.01.2022 My Psalm for today,73 Happy the pure in heart. As I read through Psalms it seems they often correspond and illustrate Christs teaching on happiness in the sermon on the mount. This Psalm illustrates the useless diversion envying the success of the secularist. Then when this distracted believer enters the sanctuary,the place of truth in being with the Lord afresh, he sees 'final things' , reality so beautifully expressed in vv 23 to 28. On this Augustine comments; "from ...the Sanctuary of God stretch out mine eye unto the end, I pass over present things. All that which is called the human race, all that mass of mortality is to come to the balance, is to come to the scale, thereon will be weighed the works of men. All things now a cloud doth enfold: but to God are known the merits of each severally. "And I understand," he says, "upon the last things:" See more

07.01.2022 More Christians die and suffer for their faith than any other religious group in the world. The elite, including liberal media, not only ignore this fact but m...ost often are the ones who treat Christians with mocking, stereotyping and disdain. It’s a rare sight to ever see Hollywood portray a Christian in a positive manner, much less talk about the plight of Christians in places like the Middle East. 07.01.2022 'longsuffering' is the next ‘fruit of the Spirit word’ to stimulate our fasting -prayer Jan 28 to Feb 17 in-service. Patience is used here in some translations or forbearance. She was 41 when she adopted two little babies from the babies home. The little boy was a bit of a handful and one day probably in exasperation when he was about 5 she quietly wrote the word obstreperous on the misty kitchen window. She rarely showed her frustration or anger- she 'spread it out over time'-that's the meaning of the Greek word here. A beautiful Spirit -led Christian lady and mother. I know, I was her young son.

She is kept busy with a team of 5 other lawyers appearing for Christians indicted by laws which limit free speech where same-sex marriage has been legalised. Dont let this happen in Australia she pleaded.
