20.01.2022 What a huge week it has been at Hopkins Heights! We are so excited to be seeing the curb and channel going in for stage 2. Stage 3 sewerage has gone in and stage 4 we are excited to be underway!

04.01.2022 Exciting news!!! Stage 1 settlements are commencing tomorrow! We have been mowing like crazy to get ready to welcome you! Just a couple of quick things. The front entrance works will be completed in the next two weeks. The hotmix is scheduled to go down 19th Feb. The delay was a result of Powercor under grounding the power at the entrance which has seen an amazing result and even better views. Yay! Access to stage 1 will still be available from tomorrow. The walking track al...ong Hopkins Point Rd to the end of stage 1 will be completed in the next few months and will include bollard lighting which will be a great result for residents although has created a slight delay in completion. Landscaping will start in Autumn when work has finished and we are clear to create a beautiful entrance and green spaces for you to enjoy. Pop the champagne on ice Stage 1!!! See more
