There WILL be Pelvic Floor Exercises, there WILL be tummy exercises and there WILL be airconditioning....not to mention lots of fun with other Mums and Bubs! Look forward to seeing you there :)

11.01.2022 Good afternoon, Watermums! We are running a Bumps, Babes and Beyond Class 7pm-8:30pm this Thursday evening (the 12th of May). Bumps, Babes and Beyond is a FREE information session about how to exercise safely while pregnant and for a period after giving birth. Exercising while you’re pregnant has many benefits that can not only make it easier for you to get through your pregnancy, but also through labour and post-pregnancy recovery.... 07.01.2022 For any of our Pilates ladies - just a reminder that the Mums n Bubs class on Wednesdays will now be the same price as the Monday class at the normal Group class rate of $30. Also we have a special for the month of January for the Mums n Bubs Pilates classes only of $150 for a Block of 6 Group Pilates classes. For mums who have left over block Watermums classes, the balance will be placed as a credit on their account to be used for the Mums n Bubs group classes. Note: A 45 minute Postnatal Assessment will be required before joining a class.

A reminder also to all our post-natal patients about our Pilates timetable. We offer both pre and post natal classes at our Pilates Studio run by our fully qualified Physiotherapist's. Class details are as follow. ... Mums and Bubs Pilates (bring your bub along)- Monday and Wednesday 10am-10:45am Pre and post Natal Pilates- Tuesday 7pm-7:45pm Pilates for Mums- Saturday 10:45am-11:30am. Call one of the friendly staff at our clinic for further detail or to book into a class.

03.01.2022 Hoppers Mums and Bubs.....an extra special session tomorrow....it's reunion time. At 11-12 we will have a little morning tea/brunch for you to catchup with other mums and their babies, from Watermums and our Pilates classes. So why not come along to the class, then hang around with your bub and enjoy a catchup and little treat from 11am. Look forward to seeing you all there! P.s. if anyone has their own mat, it would be a good idea to bring it along, just in case we don't have enough!
