24.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year to say the least, this week also challenged us but we survived and we turn 5 in our Burwood Studio! 5 years at our location is a milestone and should be celebrated but amongst our usual operations and just feeling run down by a number of factors, our birthday this year is a quiet one. With 14 years of experience, Hopscotch Fitness has served clients in Melbourne (CBD, local suburbs), London and virtually. Currently Burwood based, we look to gr...ow in 2021 both our team and our community. Although things were a little different this year, operations disrupted for most part of 2020 and Louise not working for a few months, we made the most of all the time, upgrading our space and our skills to better serve our clients. Thank you to everyone who has supported us to make this world a better place to help others with the health and fitness journeys. We look forward hitting the ground running in 2021, to help serve and educate more people to find the fun in training and to train safely and effectively. #hfcommunity #hfbirthday #hopscotchfitness #happybirthday #5today #14today #itsoktonotbeok #recovery #rejuvenate #timetoreset #lifeasapersonaltrainer #notjustTrainer #quietcelebrations #smallbusiness #supportsmallbusiness #everyoneneedsabreak

18.01.2022 That's a wrap for 2020! Well done to our HF community for staying on track and focus on their health and fitness this year. With all the curve balls thrown at us esp those in Melbourne, we managed as a group to continue to train and support each other. Have a wonderful holiday period with family and friends. Take some time out to rest and reenergize for what will be an amazing 2021.... We'll be taking a short break to reset for the new year. Enjoy the small moments with those you love, stay safe and we can't wait to see you all in 2021! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

13.01.2022 Happy 40th Birthday to boss lady Wiki! May you eat cake with as much discipline as you lift your weights!

12.01.2022 If you don't have a clear reason to train, you can easily fall off track. Do you know what you are training for?

11.01.2022 Health and well-being isn't just about exercising, your lifestyle can play a major part to whether you can achieve your goals. Julie from Space and Time share with us some useful advice and tips on how we can organise our space AND time to better support our lives (and our health). By creating a more efficient and supportive environment with systems in place, we take a lot of ad hoc decision making out of our everyday tasks giving us more head space to do the things we want. ... Julie also shares tips on how we can create a great physical space which in turns can help with reducing workload and clear the mind! Remember, cluttered space = cluttered mind! It's a great video to play and listen to while driving, going for a walk, or cleaning the house! We hope you enjoy it!

05.01.2022 You wake up and your neck is STUCK! did it come out of the blue? Well possibly but most likely not, you’ve probably been working on it for a while Wait what?!?! What do you mean ???... Great question! well how many of you are spending 8-10 or more hours working a a laptop or computer of some sort? Are you working from home? Have you got an amazing set up with everything *just right* or is your laptop on the dining table which is slightly too high or have you upgraded to the milk crate standing desk?! So do yourself a favour, get up regularly and have a stretch if you need, set a calendar reminder for every hour to get up off your chair, move around and give your body a break from sitting. and if you’re really stuck, book in for a myotherapy or remedial massage appointment with Louise, tight necks don’t stand a chance against those hands

03.01.2022 Hard work pays off, totally prepared for the Melbourne summer heat (and cold)! Whatever Melbourne throws at us! We got this!
