Entrees include Tuna Tataki ( Seared tuna w wakame, baby radish & ponzu dressing), Chicken & mushroom potstickers or Peach, basil, prosciuuo & pumpernickel salad. Main Courses include Za'taar spiced chicken supreme w spinach & cardamon scented rice pilaf, toasted pinenuts, pomegranate & coriander yoghurt or BBQ duck breast on watermelon, lychee, bean shoot & crispy noodle salad w candied cashews.
