08.01.2022 In this series we present a right mandibular Dentigerous Cyst. The cyst presents as a lucent area on the X Ray image of the angle of the jaw. These cysts are associated with un-erupted teeth and weaken the bone of the jaw. At presentation two other teeth beside the buried tooth were found to warrant removal. By the treatments end these are also seen to be missing in the image series. Note the gradual gain of bone to make the defect left in the wake of cyst and tooth removal, once again entire. #cyst #jawcyst #wisdomteeth #dentigerous #xray #oralsurgery #cystofjaw #hornsbyoralsurgeon #hornsbyoralandmaxillofacialsurgery
