We are excited to share with you one of our favourite cocktail recipes so you can try it at home to make Monday that little bit tastier Simply add two scoops of ice, 45ml of your choice of white rum, 30ml of lime juice and 30ml of sugar syrup to your shaker. Shake well and dump into a generous glass. Lightly bruise mint and mix throughout, topping with a splash of soda water! The HMS Committee, under advisement from ...Hornsby RSL Club, have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel Beautiful - The Carole King Musical. The continued safety and wellbeing of our cast, crew and audiences is our top priority and we feel it is in the best interests of all relevant parties to ensure that the production does not jeopardise the health or safety of anyone involved. We would like to take this time to show our appreciation for your continued support and patience as we navigate this ever-changing situation. 14.01.2022 Hornsby RSL Club was honoured to be part of a very special fundraiser earlier this year, raising vital funds for the devastating bushfires that swept our country at the start of 2020. Together with Smart Exposure and a huge collection of wonderful people from the Club industry, we were able to raise a huge $170,000. Last Thursday, a small representative group of this appeal met in the bushfire ravaged town of Eden on the NSW south coast, and presented a cheque with the entire donation to assist the community in rebuilding the Barclay Street Emergency Evacuation Centre. We are so pleased we were able to take part in this fundraiser, and unite and raise with the Club community.

As of tomorrow, Friday 14th August, we have made the decision to make the wearing of masks mandatory for all of our staff members. The safety of our staff, members, and the wider community of Hornsby continues to be our number one priority and we believe this precaution is necessary in helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are excited to share with you another of highly popular cocktail recipes so you can try it at home to make Tuesday that little bit tastier Simply add Baileys (30mL), Kahlua (15mL), Frangelico (15mL), cream (60mL), a squeeze of honey and about a cup of ice. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and pour into your favourite cocktail glass! If you are feeling a bit fancy, try swirling some chocolate sauce in the glass first, and garnishing the rim of the glass as well as the top of your cocktail with chocolate and strawberry sauce. 02.01.2022 As a result of the ever changing conditions of COVID-19, our Conditions of Entry will be changing effective as of Friday 4th September 2020. It is our responsibility to look after our Members and the community, so we are taking the necessary steps to keep us safe. As a result, we are regularly monitoring the number of active cases by postcode using the NSW Health heat map - COVID-19 in NSW by Postcode website. By doing this, we can determine what postcodes will be excluded ...from entry to the Club, and update this on a regular basis. From tomorrow, access to Club facilities is limited to members only after 6pm, with members able to sign in a limited number of guests. However after 9pm, guest entry with a member is at managers discretion only. Upon entry at any time of the day, all members and guests will continue to be required to receive a mandatory contact-less temperature check, and temperatures must be below 37.5C. A copy of all COVID-19 Conditions of Entry can be found on our website. We ask you please read these before visiting us to ensure you can comply with all conditions. 02.01.2022 Help make someone's Christmas Day brighter by donating to the Salvation Army's Christmas Appeal. We are collecting gifts in the front foyer of Hornsby RSL Club and all gifts must be donated by Friday 11th December to be distributed in time for Christmas! Please donate unwrapped gifts for children, teenagers and parents. We ask you place your gifts under our Christmas tree in the Front Foyer for collection by the Salvation Army and tags are available at the reception desk at the Front Foyer for people to label who the present is from and what age group the first is for.
