12.01.2022 It does seem to be much more accepted now. Id like to add another good reason for going barefoot - paddock preservation! Metal shoes dig up and bog up the ground and ruin pasture much more so than bare hooves.

09.01.2022 What we love about Renegade Hoof Boots! The flexibility in these high performance boots is awesome. An injury as a foal left the guy with a funky hoof. The owner asked if there was anything we could do. The Renegade Classic fitted the base of the hoof well but the side was interfering with the soft tissue of the scar. A little boot modification and we are good to go! Although we did cut a little bit more away after taking the photo just to ensure it was clear of the scar.
