21.01.2022 Our lucky herd had a lovely morning last monday when Helen Walker from Walker wellness therapies Walker Wellness donated her time and her amazing fingers to give them an Emmett treatment. Such a happy relaxed bunch of horses. Yogi was so relaxed he was drooling. We have noticed our older herd have more pep in their step and a definite change in staightness in one horse in particular who has now had a couple of sessions. Helen will be running a level 2 clinic on the 7th of Feb which will be a 6-hour Short Course of Emmett 4 Horses and another on 20/21 Feb which is Level 1 Horse Care Training of Emmett 4 Horses. The scholarships aim to help those in need of a little leg up to access financial assistance for HorsePower programs and will see participants who would otherwise not be able to access the transformative power of horses benefit from equine experiences. Some highlights from the past few weeks: * Hosted an amazing day out for Cahoots - hope you all had a blast! * Exciting week - thanks Darren Dawes from iVideo Production for spending time with us and preparing our next MBB Telethon Community Cinemas commercial.... * We have had a heap of donations: fridges, outdoor settings, tyres, tractor/bobcat usage and a wash machine - thank you all for your endless support. * Thanks to Shalom House Perth WA for the furniture and help moving. * Special thanks to Sandra for the donation of our new dressage arena. * Major thanks to all our volunteers, participants, families and community for your endless help in preparing our new location. It has not been an easy feat, but without you all we would not be where we are today. Simply amazing!

Thanks for sharing Equestrian Vaulting - is a social sport, often described as dancing or gymnastics on horseback (or barrel). Encourages horse and sportsmanship, along with developing balance, core strength and co-ordination.... If you have ever wanted to give it a go, some of our HorsePower centres have classes in this disciplines. Otherwise there are a number of other vaulting groups in Western Austalia :)

All morning sessions will run as usual. Can all Friday morning volunteers come as usual please. Saturday sessions will run as normal, unless you have been contacted directly.
