Initially thought to be an infection caus...ed by a stick/other random foreign object, X-rays followed by CT scan showed a severe dentigerous cyst, or in simpler terms, that there were **5 TEETH GROWING AT THE BASE OF HER EAR** Massey University Equine Veterinary Clinic performed a mammoth surgery, removing ~290grams of illegitimate teethy tissue. She’s not out of the woods just yet, but two weeks post-surgery is bouncing around her yard, and seems to be oblivious to the staples that are currently holding her face skin over her skull.
