18.01.2022 Ladies & gentlemen it has come to our attention that some are not seeing all the bids placed on a item, if you look to the top left hand side of the comments section you might notice that your setting is on "Most relevant" only please change this to "All comments" to see all bids.

17.01.2022 It was brought to my attention that we did not let people know that we finally handed over a cheque the other week to the Wimmera cancer center, whilst it certainly wasn’t the biggest cheque we have handed over, without the help and support of everyone that either donated items or purchased items it would have been a lot smaller so again thank you all. The amount raised was $3009.00

17.01.2022 One Last late item, Horsham Charity Events, Auction item No 22. South East Melbourne Phoenix Captain and Australian Boomer: Mitch Creek signed Basketball Boot, donated by me. I have included this item after a number of people had asked if we had anything from Mitch. This is an item from back in his Adelaide 36er days, it is a much worn actual basketball shoe that he kindly signed for us. ... Remember auction item will be up for auction from 6pm (AEST) for 24 hours only; no offers will be accepted on that item after that period. Terms and conditions for the Horsham Charity Events Online auction. All bids must be via the Horsham Charity Events Facebook page and placed in the comments section of the item concerned. All items will have a reserve on them, which will be the first figure you see in the comments section when item is posted, Remember we are raising money for the Wimmera Cancer Centre. Winning bid amount cannot include post if required; this will be a separate payment. Winning bidder will be notified via messenger and account details will also be sent, winner will have 48 hours to deposit funds in to the Horsham Charity Events account, once funds are confirmed item can be collected or posted off failure to place funds into account within the 48 hours will result in item going to the next highest bidder unless prior arrangements have been made Should any item fail to sell then a list will be posted online at the end of what was passed in and are open to negotiations, failing that any items left will either be donated to a local charity or organization of our choice? or returned.

07.01.2022 Well our online charity auction is now complete. We would like to thank everyone that supported our event be it via item donations or item purchases. Whilst we didn't break any records, once everyone has paid we will have raised just over $3000.00 for the Wimmera Cancer Center, so again thank you all. Regards Peter
